We specialize in building custom homes and cottages from start to finish, interior and exterior renovations, additions, garage building and more. Chadwick Homes is a locally owned and operated general contractor and home builder. We are based in the Greater Napanee area and serve the communities of Stone Mills, Napanee, Cloyne, Northbrook, Belleville, Lennox & Addington County, Prince Edward County, and surrounding areas.

Building your dream home is an exciting time. However, the custom home-building process can feel overwhelming when considering the entirety of the project. The home-building process at Chadwick Homes is a meticulous and well-structured journey that begins with our first meeting, careful planning and ends with the delivery of your dream home. We ensure the entire process is executed with precision and attention to detail for a seamless experience.
Preconstruction
We will first meet with you to discuss your wants, needs, and of course, your budget. A design proposal for your home will be completed and include project details, price and timelines and will be revised until you are completely satisfied. We then complete the background work required to start construction.
Construction
We begin building your dream home. Collaborating with our network of reputable subcontractors, we are dedicated to providing our clients with top quality. We use modern construction methods to ensure that every home we build is not only up-to-date but also aligned with the latest industry standards, combining comfort and sustainability for the modern homeowner.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure you're complete satisfaction. We offer exceptional warranty coverage with prescheduled check-ups after you have taken possession of your new home.

With a solid foundation in the construction industry, Drew started his journey over 17 years ago, he honed his skills through a carpentry apprenticeship and received his Red Seal certification.
In 2009, Drew started his business under Chadwick Carpentry and provided general carpentry services. Over the years, Drew evolved and expanded the business and now operates under Chadwick Homes, with a new focus, providing remarkable Custom Homes and Cottages, Home Additions, Interior and Exterior Renovations, and Garage Building services in Greater Napanee and surrounding areas.
